I have a background in psychology and social work as well as  post-graduate training at the Institute of Family Therapy.  Over the last 15 years I have run workshops in Time Management and Stress Management and trained in Reflexology and Aromatherapy.

I have worked in Adult Education, Women’s Self Development Groups, Dr Barnados, Nursing Homes and Children with Special Needs.

My involvement as a school governor demonstrated to me how easily a child’s (and parent’s) behaviour can be ‘labelled’ and ‘diagnosed’. Consequently, I attended a 9-day immersion workshop with Marshall  Rosenberg in the USA, to immerse myself in the concept and practise of non-violent communication. 

My life and work are a continuing journey in developing sensitivity and self awareness.

A qualified life coach and therapist, I have been working in personal development for over 20 years.

As a trained psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Business Administration and an MSC in Management Development I have worked with many large organisations, such as Deloitte and Touche, BUPA and the NSPCC as well as numerous individuals. I have over two decades of experience working with individuals, organisations and families helping them navigate life’s challenges and gain the tools they need to manage both personal and professional issues. Through my work as a consultant, life coach, educator, presenter and transpersonal therapist I have also participated in radio talk shows and been featured on TV and in the media.

My passion lies in empowering transformation in individuals, developing their potential and enhancing their talents.

My approach is collaborative, empathetic and fun.


 David Jibb   

DavidI am a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology with a first class honours degree in electronics and electrical engineering. In my career I have worked for major engineering companies including Elliott-Flight Automation, GEC-Marconi, BAE SYSTEMS and SELEX GALILEO

Having taken early retirement I have re-qualified as an NLP Practitioner and have experienced personal discovery through the Findhorn Experience week and continuing studies. However I remain passionate about making things work and Jadzia and Ellie's demands for the 'State of the Art IT' continue to keep me very well occupied, often late into the night.
