You come to realise that what happens to you is not
the cause of how you feel, just the trigger. It is based around
a core programme, Words that Change Actions, which can be adapted
to fit your specific needs and situations.

Words That Change Actions is our Foundation Programme

School Programmes
Conflict is a natural, normal part of life. It is
not always handled positively or constructively. In schools conflict
often results in aggressive and confrontational behavior which may
include bullying. We hear of conflicts leading to physical violence
not just amongst pupils but between pupils and teachers. You will
learn how to use the 4-step model.
We provide in-house programmes for the teachers and
then cascade the process downwards. Conflict resolution skills and
mediation offer an alternative way of resolving conflicts. Mediation
is a process in which impartial, independent mediators support the
parties in a conflict to find an agreement which is acceptable to
all. Those in dispute, not the mediators, decide on the terms of
the agreement.
