Comments from first course;

I joined the Talking for Peace course simply because the subject title appealed to me. With all the unrest in the world I was inquisitive to see what the course had to offer. Well like all journeys and to slightly quote Marco Polo the journey starts with one step, and my personal journey had to start with the conflicts home life can throw at us.

Talking for Peace is teaching me how to avoid these conflicts and how to deal with those intent on causing them. At the moment I am using the course as something of a toolbox (as descried by another student). I am sure however, that the tool box will one day become obsolete as it’s contents enables me to heal the wounds of past conflicts and as I learn to use it as an automatic response mechanism.

I would therefore strongly recommend the course, whether your interests are in world resolution to conflict or those much closer to us.
